Avoid overusing these abstract words

StyleWriter will highlight many questionable abstract words in your writing, including:

activity	amenity	aspect	concept
element	facility	factor	function
functional	inflow	input	mode
operation	outflow	output	process
resource	sector	situation	structure
system	utilities	variables

For example:

Abstract: To use this facility, one writes and saves an appropriate functional script into a system which is capable of sending the file to an output device.

Specific: To print a file, write and save a script to send the file to the printer.

Be specific or try to edit these words from your writing.  Occasionally using one of these words—perhaps one a page—won't ruin your style.  However, the more you use these words, the less readable your writing becomes.
